Susan Sutton, MJE, has been teaching journalism for 20 years at both public and private schools. She advises The Crusader newspaper at Archbishop Riordan H.S. in San Francisco. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from San Francisco State University and a master’s in journalism education from Kent State University. In addition to teaching, she writes for a San Francisco neighborhood newspaper and a sushi blog, and maintains her own high school journalism website where she also posts material from her presentations at workshops and conventions.
