All current JEANC members have been emailed their ballots for the Board Election in preparation for the Annual Meeting on Jan. 13.

In accordance with the JEANC Bylaws, one-half of the board is elected each year to ensure continuity. The current slate of candidates and individual biographies are included on the ballot. In addition to the eight current board members up for re-election, there is space for up to two write-in candidates.

The newly-elected and returning Board Members will meet virtually for the Annual Meeting at 7 p.m. on Jan. 13. All current JEANC members and visitors are invited to attend. To receive a link to the meeting, contact outgoing president Julia Satterthwaite. Members will have their identity verified through the membership roster. All other individuals should use their school or professional email addresses for verification.

Members who have not received their email ballots should check their junk mail folders before contacting Satterthwaite.

Ballots must be completed online by noon PST on Dec. 19.
